In his new role, Jeff Cheatham will be responsible for overseeing all facets of V2X's contract strategy, negotiation, and administration. Cheatham will report directly to V2X General Counsel, Jeremy Nance.

Extensive Experience in Federal Contracting
Cheatham joins V2X with over 25 years of specialized experience in federal contracting, procurement, and business leadership. His background is marked by successful leadership of large-scale contracts organizations and the negotiation of multi-billion-dollar agreements.
Prior to V2X, Cheatham most recently served as the Vice President of Contracts at Peraton. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that have demonstrably strengthened both operational performance and corporate profitability.
Background and Education
Cheatham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from George Mason University. His deep expertise is expected to be instrumental in maximizing V2X's contract execution efficiency and maintaining its reputation for reliable service delivery.
